1. Manager Referrals

This referral-based service allows an employer to engage an employee in a targeted review and/or counselling through EAP-India Programs. Using a collaborative agreement, EAP-India works closely with both the employee and manager to address the referred concern and achieve the agreed referral goal.

2. Manager Support Programms

We work closely with your Managers and HR Teams to provide customised services to meet the changing needs of your business as it continues to grow, evolve and flourish. Senior and mid-level managers and team leaders can get individualised support in dealing with the challenges they face in their roles. They can also access personal counselling for issues that they might be going through in their own lives.

About The Employee Assistance Program

1. What is EAP?

An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is generally a free confidential employee benefit program, being pre-paid by the employer, assisting employees with personal and/or work-related issues that may impact their job productivity, health, mental and emotional well-being. Employees attend EAP on a voluntary basis. EAP services include confidential assessments, short-term counselling, referrals, follow-up services for employees and their family members.

2. Why should all businesses have EAP?

An employer who provides an EAP service for its employees help in lowering risk and liability and improving employee satisfaction.

Studies across different sectors indicate that offering employee assistance programs have established business benefits for employers, such as lower medical costs, reduced turnover, absenteeism and higher employee productivity.

Identifying and addressing problems at work can be tricky and complicated for both the employee and the leader. Consequently, a third neutral party intervention can be a tactful and effective way to deal with the issues. Experience has shown that when people are helped to overcome their problems, whether they are personal or work related, they can emerge as more valuable employees.

Please note that we are not a medical service, and therefore when you work with us it does not become part of your medical records.

  3. Quick Response – a counselling session can occur within a few days
  4. Professional Service – the counsellors have a accredited degree in Psychology/counselling
  5. Confidentiality – the employer does not know who uses the service
  6. Off-Site – counselling takes place at the counsellor’s office
  7. Appropriate Locations – our counsellors are located in different parts of the Cities in which employees are located
