1. Manager Referrals

This referral-based service allows an employer to engage an employee in a targeted review and/or counselling through EAP-India Programs. Using a collaborative agreement, EAP-India works closely with both the employee and manager to address the referred concern and achieve the agreed referral goal.

Managers can also access personal counselling for issues that they might be going through in their own lives.
