We offer stress management services to address diverse lifestyles that employees might want to improve or alter. These may involve nutrition and dietary counselling, motivation and resilience building, sustaining meaningful relationships and purpose of life.
Parenting Support & Adolescent Wellbeing

About The Employee Assistance Program
1. What is EAP?
An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is generally a free confidential employee benefit program, being pre-paid by the employer, assisting employees with personal and/or work-related issues that may impact their job productivity, health, mental and emotional well-being. Employees attend EAP on a voluntary basis. EAP services include confidential assessments, short-term counselling, referrals, follow-up services for employees and their family members.
2. Why should all businesses have EAP?
An employer who provides an EAP service for its employees help in lowering risk and liability and improving employee satisfaction.
Studies across different sectors indicate that offering employee assistance programs have established business benefits for employers, such as lower medical costs, reduced turnover, absenteeism and higher employee productivity.
Identifying and addressing problems at work can be tricky and complicated for both the employee and the leader. Consequently, a third neutral party intervention can be a tactful and effective way to deal with the issues. - Quick Response – a counselling session can occur within a few days
- Professional Service – the counsellors have a accredited degree in Psychology/counselling
