Dealing With Fatigue

Fatigue is the feeling of being tired. Tiredness after a run, playing a sport and lifting heavy objects is considered normal, and this is due to the task being tedious. When it comes to fatigue the feeling of tiredness may be with you for long.

An individual who is fatigue may just feel tired throughout the day or for days and may not even know what it is that is getting him tired since it is not some general activity, he or she is doing to get the individual tired. At least this is what people think.

The fact is that same as playing a sport leads to tiredness different factors contribute to fatigue. Causes of fatigue can be psychological, physical and physiological. It is important to know that fatigue is at the time caused due to medical reasons and if this is the cause along with physical causes one should visit their doctor.

Causes

Yes, as mentioned earlier several factors cause fatigue, the most known reason or some people call it the start of the cause is “STRESS”. Also, it is common to feel fatigued. The reasons being our age and our lifestyle. We all tend to do get caught up with work, studies and a lot of other things. We tend to have a lot of tasks on our plate and less time for any physical activity or sport that we used to play. Whatever it is we did for our body to stay active, we no longer do it and thus our body is no longer used to those activities. So, if we try staying up late suddenly one night, after years of not doing so we will face the beginning of fatigue and if we do the same thing every alternate day, you will show signs of fatigue.
